ESN Elite Defenders Mini Series - Volleyball

In the Elite Defenders Mini Series, players will delve into the essential skills of ball control and defense. Players will review the fundamental techniques necessary for ball control and defense, including how to properly execute digs against different types of attacks, honing the ability to read hitters and anticipate their shots, and understanding defensive strategies for various game situations.  If your player loves to play defense ... register for this minicamp early!  Ages 10-18 years old; players will be separated based on age and ability. 

Limited space is available, acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Session 1 - Wednesday April 10
Session 2 - Wednesday April 17
Session 3 - Wednesday April 24

Location: Ravenscroft School, Raleigh
Time: 7:00-8:15pm
Cost:  $25 per individual session / date
